Where are your books printed and shipped from?

We print in two places, and your delivery address decides which one. Books going to the USA or Canada are printed and shipped from our US facility. Everywhere else, including Europe, the UK, Australia and the rest of the world, your book is printed and shipped from the Netherlands. You don't pick this, it happens on its own when you order.

European deliveries leave from inside the EU, so there's no customs and no import charge to pay. If you're outside the USA and Europe, your country may add import VAT or duties. The carrier collects those on delivery and none of that money comes to us.

Here's how long it usually takes from the moment you order, printing included:

• USA: 5 to 7 business days
• United Kingdom: 6 to 8 business days
• Europe: 6 to 10 business days
• Canada: 7 to 10 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 10 business days
• Everywhere else: 7 to 11 business days

Customs checks, bad weather and the holiday rush between mid-November and mid-January can stretch those times. If your book is taking longer than it should, write to us at help@mysocialbook.com and we'll look up where it is.
